WooCommerce Stores
An online shop on WordPress that takes the payments your customers actually use, and an order flow your staff can run.
What this actually is
Selling on WordPress, with payment and delivery set up for how business is actually done here.
WooCommerce turns WordPress into a shop. Installing it is the easy part, which is why so many stores get built and then quietly abandoned. The difficulty is never the product page — it is the variants, the stock counts, the delivery zones, and the moment a customer pays and nobody in your office knows.
So we set the store up around how you sell. Paystack or Flutterwave wired in and tested with a real transaction, bank transfer handled properly if that is how your customers pay, cash on delivery if you offer it. Shipping rules that match where you actually deliver. Order emails your staff will read and act on.
How we work
Four steps, in this order.
Catalogue
Products, variants and pricing structured so they stay manageable.
Checkout
Local payment gateways wired in and tested with real transactions.
Fulfil
Shipping, notifications and order handling your staff can run.
Protect
Backups and security appropriate to a site taking money.
What you get
Every engagement hands over these.
- A live WooCommerce store with your catalogue loaded and structured
- Payment gateways connected and verified with real test transactions
- Shipping zones, order emails and stock settings configured for your operation
- Automated backups plus an admin handbook for your order team
Who it’s for
This is usually the right fit when…
- You are selling through WhatsApp and Instagram messages, and the order chaos has outgrown you.
- You have a store already, but checkout fails often enough that customers give up.
- You need stock, pricing and delivery in one place instead of three separate notebooks.
Questions
The things people ask before starting.
Is WooCommerce better than Shopify for us?
Not always. Shopify is a hosted service with less for you to maintain, and if you want no involvement with hosting at all, it is a fair choice. WooCommerce wins when you want the store on your own site, full control of the data, and freedom to wire in local payment and delivery options that hosted platforms may not support.
Can we take payment on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is set up as its own payment method, with those orders flagged so your team knows the money is still outstanding. It is worth pairing with a deposit or a confirmation call, because unpaid orders are easy for a buyer to abandon. We will set up whichever combination matches how you already work.
Who loads all the products?
You can, we can, or both. If you have a spreadsheet of products we can import it and clean up whatever the import mangles. If the catalogue lives in photos and a chat thread, someone has to type it, and that is usually cheaper on your side. Either way, the structure is agreed first.
Does a store need a care plan?
More than an ordinary site does. A store holds customer details and takes money, which makes it a target, and it runs more moving parts than a brochure site, so more can break after an update. If it is not kept patched and backed up, the question becomes when it breaks, not whether.
