Business & Brochure Sites

The company website most businesses actually need — a handful of clear pages that load quickly, read well on a phone, and stay current.

What this actually is

The straightforward company site, done properly: quick to load, easy to update, easy to find.

A brochure site tells people who you are, what you do, and how to reach you — without making them dig. Usually that is a home page, a services or products section, an about page, and a way to get in touch. The work is in getting the structure right, not in adding pages nobody asked for.

We build these as custom themes too, so they stay light. That matters more here than anywhere — a lot of your visitors will arrive on mobile data, on a patchy connection, with little patience. Everything is responsive from 375px up and checked on a real phone before launch, and the images are sized properly rather than uploaded at camera resolution.

How we work

Four steps, in this order.

01

Structure

Decide the pages and how a visitor moves between them.

02

Build

Responsive from 375px up, tested on a real phone.

03

Optimise

Image sizes, caching and metadata handled before launch, not after.

04

Train

A walkthrough recording so your team can edit with confidence.

What you get

Every engagement hands over these.

  • A responsive multi-page site live on your domain and hosting
  • Page templates your team can reuse for new services or news
  • Search metadata, sitemap and analytics configured before launch
  • A walkthrough recording showing your team how to edit each page

Who it’s for

This is usually the right fit when…

  • You have no website yet, and prospects keep asking for a link you cannot send.
  • Your current site was built years ago and now embarrasses you in front of clients.
  • You want a site your office manager can update, without a developer on retainer.

Questions

The things people ask before starting.

How many pages should we have?

Fewer than you think. Every page you add is a page someone has to keep current, and a stale page costs you more trust than a missing one. We start from what a visitor needs in order to contact you, then add only what earns its place. Pages can be added later once you see what people ask for.

Can we add a shop or booking later?

Yes, and it is worth saying so at the start. If ecommerce or bookings are on your roadmap, we structure the site so that section can be added without a rebuild. Retrofitting onto a site that was never planned for it is where the cost quietly creeps in.

Do we need to write all the content ourselves?

You know your business better than we do, so the raw material has to come from you — service descriptions, prices if you publish them, the names of your people. We will shape it, cut it and structure it for the page. What we will not do is invent claims about your company.

Will it work on the hosting we already have?

Most likely. A custom theme runs on ordinary shared cPanel hosting, which is where most small business sites live. If your current host is oversold or refuses to update PHP, we will say so plainly and suggest moving — but we will not move you just to earn a commission.
