Why this exists
The overwhelming majority of medium and large employers screen applications with an applicant tracking system before a person ever sees them. A CV that a human would rate highly can be discarded because a column layout broke the parser, or because it never used the words the advert did. That is a solvable, mechanical problem — and it is the first thing we fix.
